Does Red Light Green Light affect K/D and W/L?

Surely not. But Prop Hunt does so also wouldn’t be surprised. On the contrary though, they disabled it for Infected… Why the hell are Treyarch/Activision so careless about stuff like this?

Edit: It actually seems like it doesn’t affect stats, played a few games now and they haven’t changed. Although there is no note of this in the game mode description like there was for Infected. Minor W I guess
