[PC] Game wont load into a Multiplayer Match

Yesterday I've bought the game on Steam to play with my friends Workshop Items. Later that day we decided to play a online Team Deathmatch, but we can't load into the match. We tried serveral lobby's, but still the same problem. Is there any solution to this issue?
