HAVE YOU BEEN MISTAKEN FOR ANOTHER RACE/ETHNICITY?

Out of genuine curiosity, I've wonder how many Black men how been mistaken by others for anything besides "Black" in the West or on trips abroad. Personally, as a 4th generation creole (first noun definition when you search the meaning on google and "4th gen" as in my great x3 grandparent is the only wyte person in the family tree) with Polynesian (Malagasy), Native American, and West Indian ancestry, I've been mistaken for an Arab, Persian, Filipino, Dominican (DR), Haitian, Ethiopian, and Black-Korean mix.

Given that the majority of the world is eumelanated I'd love to see how many of us have been assumed to be anything but the generalized label of "Black".

Appreciate y'all and blessings to all of y'all. Praying for a transformative/beneficial New Year for all of us.
