Funding my lifestyle with “his child support money”

Told my BD per court order that I was taking our two kids to Japan and Korea for the 5 weeks I have them in summer on vacation.

He’s telling me that “he doesn’t feel comfortable,” with me taking the out the country and he’s not “given me permission to” and that I’m funding my lifestyle with his child support money because apparently I wouldn’t be taking this trip if it wasn’t for him.
