Caesars Windsor

Background info of my situation: I just turned 20 and have been practicing counting cards enough to be comfortable with the training apps, counting through a deck at a fast speed, and having decent knowledge on bankroll and maximizing bets ( I have not bought CVCX yet, I am a new player and have not gotten to that stage yet). I want to test my skills in a casino to see how I do in the busy environment and actually get a feel for what it is like. I have been to Caesars Windsor a handful of times, but did not do a whole lot of gambling there.

Is Caesars Windsor worth playing at? I know they have $25 min bets with 3:2 H17, but I do not know the exact rules past that. I know the rules make a huge difference on whether or not it is good to play at, but no where online do they state the exact rules. Should I try it once, find out the rules, and see what happens? It is 45 min away from me, and is pretty much my only option as I am not 21 years of age.
