Kratuga Trash/hour...?

Hi, im an awakening Sorceress and i tried Kratuga the other day.

I am 269K an dim pulling like 4,5/5k tr/hr and i feel like its veeery low. How much should i be pulling with that ap? Suggestions on improving the grind in general?
