please share your experience with the Kyleena IUD

just had a consult with my obgyn for an IUD, she recommend a Kyleena for me due to my past with irregular periods. i am also sexually active with one partner and I am his only partner as well. Can anyone talk about your insertion process, pain during and after insertion, and positive/negative side affects while having it?

Also, i have an opportunity to have the cervical injection for numbing. do you think that’s worth it or not?
