Condom fell off inside GF's coochie but I didn't ejaculate, are we safe?

So last night me (M24) and my gf (F24) were having sex and about 15 minutes in, the condom slipped off and got stuck in my gf's coochie. I got the condom out soon after, and at the time it got stuck I still hadn't ejaculated, so just wondering if Plan B is needed in this case or are we safe?
