Coastal Southwest Florida - need help IDing this fluffy guy.

Spotted this bird perching this morning. Located in Southwest Florida - USA. It is slightly larger than a mockingbird. Black head and tail. Black wingtips with white markings. Body is white with grey/blue.

I’ve been pouring over my field guides and can’t ID this critter! Thanks in advance.
