hypomania and the gym
Honestly the gym is probably the best thing that’s ever happened to me after getting my diagnosis. It’s become a daily part of my routine and has probably been one of the best coping mechanisms. My problem now is it’s become an obsession and I feel like a full blown narcissist when I’m hypo manic and at the gym. I know self love is good, but it’s becoming a lot even for me seeing from the outside. Anyone else have this problem?
