diagnosed today and scared

Hello everyone - I have been seeing a psychiatrist who has been trying to diagnose me. Today she gave me the diagnosis I was afraid of...bipolar 2. I'm 36(F) and I don't know.... scared? I'm not sure how to navigate this diagnosis. Does anyone have any advice? How did it go when you were diagnosed?
