BP and Eczema?

Hi all!

For those who gets eczema, how do you cope without taking oral steroids? I'm currently living a battle that topical steroids will only hold it down for as long as I use them and it flares two days after stopping them....

How bad is taking oral steroids? I know it can cause mania but is the cons worth the pros? Chatting with drs Ultimately ends with them saying "it's your choice of you want to risk it" which is unhelpful lol.
