reminder: never skip your dose of seroquel

before i took seroquel last night, i fell asleep watching halloween movies w my girlfriend and when i fully woke up it was already 5 am… obviously i couldn’t take it then. i barely slept. i felt like shit all day, had moments where i felt like i would faint, was aching all over. apathetic yet irritable. it felt like a mild flu with a shitty mental state.

i can’t wait to take it tonight, sarah quells me.

EDIT: also organize your pills!!! last month i accidentally double dosed myself and slept for 19 hours. it was scary. im really bad with meds
