Considering BILT Mastercard for Rent Payments via Venmo

I am currently looking into applying for the BILT Mastercard and I'm curious about how it works for people who pay their rent through Venmo? I currently use Venmo to pay my landlord. I was looking on the BILT website and saw their instructions for how to pay rent with Venmo. It seems pretty straight forward so I am more wondering what everyone's overall experience has been? I've heard some horror stories online about the BILT Mastercard in general and wanted to seek clarification to ease my concerns.

Has anyone with the card encountered any issues or challenges? Is the convenience and potential rewards worth any potential hassle?
