Next QB to pull a Baker/Darnold/Geno to revive their career?
I think the key overlap in those stories is they were already away from their original teams when they recovered. So I think that cuts out guys like Trevor Lawrence and Bryce Young.
some candidates:
Daniel Jones - probably fits the criteria best. Will he actually do it? Eh...
Justin Fields - Wasn't awesome with the Steelers, but was at least capable. Wonder if someone will get him a full chance to be weekly starter again soon.
Kenny Pickett - Wasn't a flat-out disaster in Pittsburgh... wasn't very good either. Will probably get another chance at some point.
Malik Willis - Looked legitimately good with the Packers at times. And not just as a runner. Titans GM really cooked choosing Levis and Rudolph over him.
Less likely... but maybe?:
Trey Lance - Surprised Cowboys didn't show him earlier than they did this season
Mac Jones - technically fits the criteria but was pretty awful with Jacksonville... but in the right system, maybe?
Zach Wilson - same as Mac
Sam Howell - Ok i've dug too deep
who am I missing
