Meeting Billie

Hi everyone! I know this is a long shot but I wanted to know what everyone thought. I know it’s gotten increasingly harder to meet Billie as she’s become a bigger artist, but does anyone know what the best way of going about it is or any events soon that are the best shot? Any contests? Like I feel like it’s gotten so hard! Thanks!!
