Nutrition only coaching?
I am not planning on competing any time soon. But I would like to lean out and lose 20 pounds or so. I’m doing Mark Carroll’s glute guide program and I am enjoying it. I thrive on a meal plan though. I’m looking for an affordable ($150 or less a month) nutrition coach who does meal plans not just macros. Do you all have any recommendations? I prefer super simple meals, I have two little kids, work, and go to school right now.
