Help with off season program- macros
I’ve just started with a new coach and am feeling extremely overwhelmed. I’m also feeling like I missed something in our initial conversation.
I’ve been provided macros for my nutrition plan. In the past I’ve used a meal plan with the option to swap. I don’t have the time to be doing the macro dance every day- I am a busy mother of 3 with a high demand corporate job. Any suggestions on how to approach? I honestly just need to be told what to eat. Can I ask for this if I’ve just been provided macros?
