Penny always congratulating Leonard every time he gets laid when they are broken up?

Penny always congratulating Leonard every time he gets laid when they are broken up?

Anyone else found it interesting that Penny always congratulates or laughs off Leonard getting laid whenever they are broken up or not together? This has happened at least a handful of times through out the show. Some examples are when Leonard sleeps with Leslie Winkle, The chubby doctor forgot her name that Howard was trying to impress with eye patch and the moon rover, Priya Raj's sister, even the old millionaire lady who donates to his science department.

Do you think this proves that Penny was not jealous and saw Leonard as a bro or friend during all these times, or was she herself getting laid so much she just didn't care and thought its all fair game etc.

Or was she just acting cool in front of him kind of like a poker face to not show her true feelings and emotions toward him?

All of these instances are more so weird and awkward since we know they end up married together in the end.
