Looking for pump or ideally pump/multitool combo for under the down-tube

Edit: I'm looking for a long, thin bag that can be bolted with either 2 screws or some system based on 2 screws and is max. 6.5cm in diameter and around 20cm or so long.

Dear fellow cyclists,

I'm currently trying to optimize my gravelbike for longer tours. Usually, I just carry the pump and multitool in one of my bags but I was thinking:

I have 2 mounting points/screws under my downtube which I have not been using. (as it can get quite dirty) I usually check my bike before starting a tour so it's pretty rare that I have to use my pump/multitool and so I don't really need them in the bags with the stuff I'm using day-to-day.

Does anybody know a pump or pump/multitool combo that can be mounted to under the downtube, ideally with some sort of thin cover (to keep of the worst dirt)?

(if there is something that fit's an extra tube + tire levers as well than that would be even better!)
