When did you officially stop breastmilk/formula?

Baby is 11mo and we’re still really working to get him to actually eat solid foods. Still having 4-5 formula bottles a day (I JUST stopped pumping for mental health reasons). I’m wondering when you stopped officially giving formula or breast milk. I keep seeing “off bottles by 12 months” but I don’t see that happening completely in the next few weeks.
