At least 60mg Valium spaced thru the day, will this be alright?

As title suggests, I started the day with 15-20mg diazepam then took 20mg few hrs later, then another 20mg just now (abt 3 hrs later), maybe even 40 my memory is shot but let’s say 80-100mg is that alright? Will I be ok? I feel tired and relaxed but that’s pretty much it uno. FYI I take it for severe anxiety and it’s been horrendously badly today, plus I have a tolerance hence the doseages. Plus don’t judge. TYSMIA
