Failed to connect to ea online battlefield 1 Xbox series x

This issue started two days ago. Every time I try to go online, it says 'connecting' but then fails to connect. I've tried unplugging and plugging back in the Xbox, doing a hard reset, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing seems to work. I even cleared the MAC address, but the problem persists. I know people have had similar issues in the past, but I haven't found a solution. Does anyone know how to fix this?
