Semi-annual sale drops question

I've been holding out on replenishing my stock for the year. I know the sale ends towards the end of January, is $3.95 going to be the best sale? Or are we going to see a lower price drop to $2.95 or lower like in the past? I know prices have gone up. Trying not to jump the gun so to speak. 😊 We are on an extreme budget so I got to make that dollar stretch.
