New exercises/class formats in signature classes?
Hi barre3 fam! I’ve been a barre3 member for a few years and was curious if others have noticed a bit of change in types of exercises/moves recently, particularly in signature classes? Was there a new training or new requirements of what instructors need to include in a class format? I go a few times per week and have had a lot of repetitive classes and movements, even among different instructors, which was never the case previously. It’s not necessarily a bad thing and I do still enjoy the classes, but I’m missing some of the variety class to class. Curious to hear insights of others!
