Does anyone else's laptop's fan go onto max speed whenever you watch Barbri lectures?

Tried it on Safari and Chrome.... I have no ram issues I think as I use like 13GB out of 16GB and don't have similar issues on any other video playing platform and the computer isn't lagging...the fan just goes full speed all the time and for whatever reason sometimes it drains my battery faster than my laptop can get charge into it.
