Zomato harassment!I have decided Wil not order even if iam dying

So asusual zomato order gets late! I had catch my flight so I asked then to cancel the order. So the chat box says they Wil put penalty on me of the whole order cost becz im cancelling!!!! Wtf it has come to!!!! Now these guys are jus taking advantage of us! Insane!!
