Bakraden meaning?

Hi all my boyfriend has a nice big moustache and the Balinese have been calling him "bakraden". One said it means "moustache man" but I can't find anything on google translate. We have been here many times and he has never been called bakraden. But this trip he has been called bakraden upwards of 20 times... maybe it's a new slang word? If anyone knows the meaning it would be appreciated 🙂
