Back causing lower right abdominal pain ?

Hi everyone I am a 21F for the last 6 days I’ve been having a dull heavy ache in my right lower abdomen. I can still walk around and jump around if necessary but it has me concerned. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said it isn’t my appendix, he also checked my urine for infection and it seemed fine. I’ve been sent home with no answer.

My symptoms - dull ache in right abdomen stays all the time. - Dull ache sometimes in my lower left abdomen
- A tiny bit nauseous (I think it’s because of my anxiety) - Pain in my lower right back and sometimes upper back. - No fever - Feeling constipated/ trapped gas

I also have 3 bulging discs in my back, I have had sharp pain in my lower left abdomen for months and went to hospital last year and they found nothing. I went to see a back specialist and he said the pain I am experiencing in my left abdomen is from the discs hitting my nerves.

Could this now be the same on the right side ? I have an ultrasound in 4 days so I hope I’ll know more then but for the meantime how do I know it’s not appendicitis ?

I have tried pushing the area and it doesn’t hurt and also pushing the left side to see if it hurts the right side and it doesn’t.

What could this be ?
