Looking for a backpack just like the NF Recon, just without the compression straps ON the water bottle pockets.

This is super specific to the point im embarrassed about my backpack preferences... I'm looking for a backpack that has a separate laptop compartment, two water bottle pockets (that will fit actual water bottles, unlike some bags that just have them there like the kankens), compression straps/buckles on the bottom, and compression straps/buckles on the sides and about 28-32L capacity. The NF Recon fits the description to the tea except the side straps on the recon are ON the water bottle pockets, which I hate because it defeats the purpose of compression straps when my water bottle is large..

The only other backpack, I've found to fit the description would be the NF Router backpack, but thats 40L and it would be too large for me as a 5'5" woman..

suggestions?
