Question on Pearl District Sparrowhawks

So I’m wondering if I may have messed up. I was exploring the Pearl District in Paradis and saw some Sparrowhawk goons harassing some dude. I stepped in to try and resolve it, and I guess I kind of did resolve it because I ended up aggroing and murdering EVERY SINGLE SPARROWHAWK IN THE DISTRICT. I wasn’t trying to do that! I even killed their leader! I feel like this…may have some consequences for later quests. Does this seriously mess stuff up? If it doesn’t matter then I’ll just press on but if I’m going to miss out on some quests and narratives then I feel like I should reload and earlier save. Any advice? FWIW I did this almost immediately upon entering Paradis so I haven’t done many quests there yet.
