Kith

I was having fun until I ran into this word. Nothing comes up on the sub for this word or the wiki. In game if I hit the History/ Lore button it doesn’t explain Kith. Webster has a definition of people kind of relating to you but not really. Is it intelligent races? But now I’m just annoyed the game couldn’t let me find this out in the game and now I’ve put my controller down lol, I’ve picked up my phone and have been scrolling and searching the internet for this dumb, useless word. Is this just me?
