The reasonable rate for an audiobook narrator

I am offered an audiobook narration job with pay rate of USD 50 per page. Does it make sense, or is it a sign of scam? The project is a book of 350 odd pages within 3 months, but I have no idea what the book is all about. Appreciate any help here, thanks!
