Won’t stop auto-playing in car. About to uninstall.

I just got a Bluetooth Prius , and audible won’t stop autoplaying EVERY TIME I get back in the car.

I’m running errands… Every time I open the damned door. I haven’t even turned on the car!!!

Heck, I wasn’t even listening to audible when i got out of the car! I was listening to spotify!

Every time I return to the car, and just open the door… the damned audible starts playing through my car stereo.

PLEASE… tell me there’s a way to stop this… I’m about to uninstall audible.

EDIT: googling this was my first move. Automatic Car Mode and Continuous Listening are both already off in Audible settings. Hoped someone here had answers. Don’t want to uninstall.

EDIT 2: just got off the phone with Audible support… AND AUDIBLE STARTED PLAYING! 🤣 I’d already set all the settings the way they wanted, AND forced quit the app. I’m just going to uninstall until i see if someone here has a solution audible support couldn’t figure out. They even told me to turn off Bluetooth on my phone every time I come to the car thinking that was a solution 🤣
