How can I create 1/3 octave band noise files?

Hello to everyone,

My goal is to replicate the sound/tonality of my speakers through my headphones. There is a free method called equal loudness equalization, but first I have to generate 1/3 octave band noise files for 32 frequencies.

I've already found some stuff on the net but the resulting files are meant for speaker calibration(varying volume). Are you aware of any relevant plugins for Audacity(or some other kind of software)? I also have Room Equalization Wizard but I doubt if it's up to the task. To give you a hint of what I'm searching for take a look at the following video, where the method is described(13:00-...) :

ps: Do you also happen to know how can I map these files to the center channel of a multichannel recording? [So as to make the virtual center channel(e.g. for Dolby headphone) tonally similar to my speakers.] Is Audacity enough?

Thank you in advance
