What signs beside Taurus are the most stubborn?

Argued with my bf today (playfully, that’s how most of our arguments are — like one person is grouchy, and the other can name the grouchy and give the other a gentle hard time, and so we’re disagreeing but not heated about it) and he said “you are so STUBBORN, like the one of the most stubborn people I have ever known” because I was the one who was grouchy and not getting over it. And he kept saying that I am often stubborn — when pressed, he clarified that stubborn in me means that I don’t ever do things I don’t want to do (and yes that is true). And yet, he’s the one with much Taurus in the chart, and I have none. Which got me thinking: what placements, besides Taurus, are the most stubborn?? Tell me your stories.
