Do you think that the birth months creates a difference in how the signs are?

For example October Scorpio & November Scorpio, or July Leo versus August Leo. Some may say their 2 different types when their the same sign. I do notice many August Leo’s are kind of different than the July Leo’s, but that’s just a basic observation lol. What do you think?
