Any tips to help with being overwhelmed with video games?

Hi, Aspergirls, Shelby here. Anyway I’ve been trying to get back into gaming after a short break from much playing at all and an even longer time since I’ve completed or gotten much progress in a game. Anyway part of getting overwhelmed is that I have loads of games to play and my ADHD butt knows I won’t easily be able to finish many of the 40+ hour games like Assassin’s Creed or Kingdom Come. Anyway most of it is more sensory overload with all the chaos of the game itself , for example I tried to boot up Battlefield 1 and noped out on the tutorial mission as there was too much going on. I tend to do this with most games. I’m considering doing experiments with sunglasses or headphones to reduce total sensory load so I have more “bandwith “ for the game’s inputs but I don’t know if that will help and I’m too drained to play right now. I am enjoying Ravenfield, a bot based shooter with simple graphics and. Not too much going on but other than that I’m too daunted and drained to start any games. Thoughts?
