What are your thoughts on new classical architecture?

Should we implement something like this in Switzerland? Personally I believe Corbusier has done more harm than good to swiss landscapes. These brutalist buildings don't age well, and often evoke a soulless and depressing, "socialist" vibe to them. Although I know this style is a product of it's era, I think it is time to evolve from modernism already, but retrieve the good things from the past that were cut off. Personally I think classical architects were way better in constructing walkable and cohesive cities that merged well, almost "organically". We can still construct beautiful AND functional cities.

I particularly think in Switzerland this is quite possible given the excellent public transportation, as opposed to what has happened in the US (a car-centric country): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u42aKXZFWY4&ab_channel=AlexanderRotmensz

It seems Paris (although as awful as it is in some districts), is making good progress in this sense: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UidS1yOqv7s&ab_channel=AlexanderRotmensz

I can't imagine a worse Paris than if Plan Voisin had been a reality.
