What is the critique of Carnap on metaphysics?
As centuries passed, it is clearly that the world is starting it secularisation. I think one reason for this is because many people start to lose faith in the metaphysics. Carnap has a pretty interesting critique on metaphysics, which states that if something doesn't have a empirical reference, then it has no sense. For example, it is logical for the sun to exist, because we have an empirical reference to that (just look at the sky). But, saying that infinity or angels exists is illogical, because there is not an empirical reference to that.
If I understood correctly, this is the critique of Carnap on metaphysics. What do you think?
