Would I know if I had a vibrating toothbrush inside me?

So I was playing around with an old vibrating toothbrush experimenting with anal for the first time the other night right before bed (I know now this is a bad idea). I believe I took it out before I fell asleep but I was really tired and am starting to second guess myself. Would I know if it is stuck inside of me? I don’t feel anything and have gone poop several times since.

Edit: Sorry I forgot to include that I believe I threw it out because it was an old toothbrush.
