White patch and red dots on cheeks

Hi! i’m sure i’m probably just in my head about this white patch but i can’t get over the anxiety that it might be something serious. i don’t have dental insurance currently so im coming here. I was wondering if this looks serious or if it’s just irritation from my braces and that i like to bite my cheek and sleep on that side. I do see my ortho on the 30th but was hoping for some advice now… tia.. 23f/ex smoker/ i still smoke cannabis most days but not a lot and i barely drink only socially
