How to frame a better leaving reason

I have been on job hunt since May 2024 and I have been attending at least 1 - 2 interviews every month since then, so I know that my resume has been working well.

However, I suspect that it's my last leaving reason which has been hindering to my job offer. Hence, a bit of my context before my question:

  • Mar 2019 - Feb 2024: Basically, job description was managing an organisation's entire operation, ranging from finances, IT services, event management, procurement and etc. Leaving reason was limited career growth, which means my position was limited to executive only.
  • Mar 2024 - May 2024: This was my last full time job before I become unemployed. Actual leaving reason was my probation was extended as I have concerns that the probation extension may affect my future appraisal system. Plus, the working culture was inconducive for me to learn as my own team colleagues were not forthcoming to teach me.

I have been framing my last reason in May 2024 that it was a mismatch in my collaborative strength (as I am aware to say work culture mismatch, it gives a much negative connotation), but I further explained that I still completed my tasks by asking my external colleagues around.

So, my question is how to better frame to explain my last leaving reason in May 2024?

Many thanks in advance!
