Workwear for women

I’m coming to Singapore for 2 weeks for work. I’m a woman and coming from a way different climate, typically dry and cool. I’m having a hard time with appropriate workwear that’s not going to be too hot in Singapore. I have plenty of business appropriate tops, but they are either long sleeve or sleeveless and I’m worried that I should not wear the sleeveless ones?
