Ghosted by 5 girls in the past 3 months. Feeling defeated. How do I stay optimistic?

22M clearly struggling to find a great woman to date. Last relationship was a few years ago and since then been working on my fitness, career, and family life.

But in the romance department it’s been a struggle. I’ve met five different women in the past 3 months and all of them never went past talking stage. It just fizzled out with just having them ghost me after asking them out for a date. The last girl really stung. After her I’m left totally confused and defeated.

I even tried using Hinge in addition with zero success.
