Are there any countries in this world that actually treat their citizens with dignity and respect?

In a world that seems to be going down a dark path controlled by few corrupt, rich individuals, are there any countries where citizens actually live happy lives? Are there countries where the government actually cares about the livelihood of their people by providing free universal Healthcare, enriched educational experiences, ethical and morally right laws etc? I'm genuinely curious if there are any countries out there that have been successful at keeping their people satisfied. And as a side note, how difficult would it be to move to one of these countries? Asking for a friend of course :).
