Do pickers lose weight from all the walking?

There's a job for nights (3-10) being advertised, which is picking for delivery.

I'm overweight, so I was wondering if anyone has lost weight doing this job?

Just because I've heard before Amazon warehouse pickers have lost weight in their job.
