STILL NO ORDERS

Submitted my par to receive orders on November 2024. Currently February and terminal starts in 2 weeks. I've already set a job and house and finished my VA appointments as well as my ets physical. S1 re-submitted a PAR couple weeks back. Emailed S1 to see if there's more "follow up" they can do and they said "to go to transition center". My question is WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK is the purpose of going through the "PAR" route IF I gotta go to transition office anyway to submit my packet?? And wtf is taking so long as to why transition office can't cut my orders faster. Genuine question... what actually goes into the process of cutting ETS orders. Furthermore, I finish CSP in a week and go to a 2 week certification course at the end of March.
