Can you hook up a vr to arma 3?

Can you hook up pcvr to arma 3? I know you can hook a head tracker to arma 3. I know that gaming on keyboard with a headset on your face is suboptimal, but I think it could work really good if you use it while flying to look around. I already have a joystick and I'm wondering if I can use it together with the headset for looking around vtol vr style.
