It makes me mad every time the fire chief getting thrown into the cell with the big baddies. A riddler informant cop gets a single cell but this dude gets thrown in with the worst of the worst

Man bat back in his human gets his own cell. Riddler informant cop gets his own cell. We throw the fire chief in the cell with some of the biggest Batman villains. So stupid.
